Kidzplay uses 5Loyalty as our app-ordering system, allowing customers to order from their table when they visit us. It also acts as our loyalty system, meaning we can reward our customers for their spend and incentivise them to re-visit.

  • How do I make a booking?
    To make a booking for a customer, the best practice is to direct them to our booking page, this means they can pay for the booking at the same time. If they are in reception you can use the 2 blue buttons in the top right of the iPad app to either allow them in as a walk-in, or book them in a future session. If you use this method, you must charge the customer for the booking through Lightspeed.
  • How do I make sure Sevenrooms is connected to Lightspeed?
    Following the correct checking-in process should ensure that Sevenrooms and Lightspeed have integrated with each other. You can confirm this by looking for the "chain" symbol beside a seated booking.
