How do I make a booking?To make a booking for a customer, the best practice is to direct them to our booking page, this means they can pay for the booking at the same time. If they are in reception you can use the 2 blue buttons in the top right of the iPad app to either allow them in as a walk-in, or book them in a future session. If you use this method, you must charge the customer for the booking through Lightspeed.
